Who I am

I’m Brooke Barrett, a mom of two little ones (ages 6 and 4) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s in Special Education. After more than a decade teaching in special education classrooms and designing supportive environments for neurodivergent students, I felt called to bring that same expertise right into the heart of the home.

With deep training in behavior science and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, I partner with families to clarify what truly matters to them and turn those values into clear, actionable rhythms. My own family and I have spent years discovering what works for our mornings, mealtimes, and bedtime routines—learning firsthand how co-created, values-driven plans can transform overwhelm into calm and connection.

My hope is simple: to walk alongside you as we co-create something beautiful; a family life that feels in harmony with who you are, what you care about, and the life you dream of.
